Weekly Meal Planner

Since being on maternity leave and getting back into a routine I've found that I am able to spend more time in the kitchen and enjoying what I'm actually making.
The kids have been commenting on how much they are enjoying the variety of meals that they are getting and that in itself is reward enough for me.
So, here is this weeks meal planner

Monday
Fajitas, potato wedges and corn on the cob

Tuesday
Chilli con carne, rice, tortilla chips, salsa and salad

Wednesday
Sausage casserole and mash potato

Thursday
Homemade pizzas and salad

Friday
Fish, chips and mushy peas

Saturday
Bacon and mushroom pasta

Sunday
Full lamb roast
